A total-body workout. We’re the only studio in Calgary to have certified rowing instructors, who teach a dynamic class with exercises on and off the rowing machine (also known as an ‘erg’).
Fit Republic’s qualified and certified trainers will teach you the safest techniques while taking you through a variety of drills. You set your own pace, so your workout is as intense as you want it to be. We keep it fresh with exercises off the erg, which may incorporate KettleBells, BOSU or resistance training.
Dress light, wear sturdy indoor shoes, and be prepared to sweat.
