What motivates you to exercise?

Exercise for me is all about challenging myself and having that rewarding feeling at the end of a class where I go hey! I am so thankful that I was able to do that and now I feel like a million bucks!

What food could you not live without?

Ramen!

What is your personal fitness goal?

To teach spin class one day!

What is your favorite class and why?

My favorite class has to be Ashlee’s Hip Hop Spin, she kills it with the playlist!

When can we find you at Fit Republic?

Tuesday nights I’ll be working at the studio plus you’ll see me at as many classes as I can manage throughout the week!
